I missed posting last week but just have to start out with this outstanding painting that Jan finished at our last session. It is amazing. I just want to reach out and touch the horse. You would win ANY contest with this one Jan!
Now I am combining classes/ Dolly brought the painting in of her sister. It looks great in the frame.
And she started an underpainting of from an old photo of her son as a toddler.
The following week this is where she got to. There will be lots of delicate work in the features. Very hard.
Amalia worked on the Mondrianesque woman. It's a strong start.
And Joyce finished her dog paintings. We worked to make the dogs seem like they were actually sitting on the bed and just suggested the background which includes a swimming pool.
Joyce has another painting of a small dog that she started last week but I didn't get a photo.
Here's two days progress on Susan's painting of a Spanish church in Arizona.
And Rita had a wonderful landscape in the back of her car.
And Susan Jenkinson's painting of a scene in Montana is coming along great!
