We had a rather small but very productive group last week. Sunflowers were our theme again. This is Susan's painting. I think her handling of the values and shapes of the flowers is really impressive.
This is Dolly's. I love the movement of the stems and the leaves as well as the flowers themselves.
And a bold composition by Laura.
Rita worked on flowers for her daughter-in-law. She repeated a painting that she did before but I think this one is the best.
and Amalia finished this little aloe plant from Joyce's. I think it is a very good composition and I really like the plants as they twist and turn out of the pot. She also started on a difficult landscape that she will be doing from a photograph. Photo's coming!
